Visit.org is seeking an Event Casting Specialist to lead full-cycle event host talent casting and training for our remote team. You will own recruiting, onboarding, training hosts, reviewing performance, and managing related HR processes and systems. You'll join a purpose-driven team dedicated to using technology to generate meaningful, lasting change.
What You'll Do
- Lead full-cycle recruiting across multiple departments and ensure a seamless, inclusive candidate experience.
- Implement and improve recruiting systems, including ATS configuration, automations, and reporting.
- Design and manage interview workflows, scorecards, and selection processes with hiring managers.
- Maintain existing and develop new training materials and programs for hosts.
- Onboard and train new hosts for upcoming events.
- Review host performance post-event and provide feedback to ensure events are successfully led.
- Track hiring metrics, generate reports, and provide recommendations to improve pipeline efficiency.
- Act as a project coordinator for people-related initiatives, including employer branding and onboarding.
- Assist in developing and maintaining HR processes, documentation, and compliance protocols.
- Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders to understand evolving hiring needs.
- Support culture-building initiatives and ensure new hires have an excellent onboarding experience.
What We're Looking For
- 3-5 years in Talent Casting and full-cycle recruiting.
- Great project management skills and strong organizational skills with close attention to detail.
- Understanding of event production rundowns and experience with group facilitation and moderating.
- High energy, positive attitude, and ability to think creatively to solve problems.
- Tech-savvy and comfortable with virtual platforms such as Zoom, Webex, and MS Teams.
- Skilled at public speaking and managing group dynamics.
- A focus on Inclusion & Diversity in all aspects of sourcing and attracting talent.
- Proficient in using recruiting and HR systems; data-driven with a knack for streamlining operations.
- Ability to jump in as a host should an unexpected situation occur that needs backup.
- Reliable high-speed internet and a computer with a webcam.
- Mastery of the English language and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Flexible availability for interviews in other time zones.
