Construction & Property Group – UK is hiring an Estimator to prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates for construction projects. In this role, you will analyze blueprints, communicate directly with customers, and manage your workflow using digital tools to ensure project alignment and efficiency.
What You'll Do
- Review and analyze construction drawings and specifications to prepare accurate cost estimates.
- Perform quantity takeoffs and pricing based on materials, labor, and scope of work.
- Communicate with customers to clarify project requirements and provide estimates.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure estimates align with project scope and timelines.
- Track estimating tasks, revisions, and approvals using ClickUp.
- Use Bluebeam for markup, takeoffs, and drawing analysis.
What We're Looking For
- Experience in construction estimating and blueprint/drawing interpretation.
- Proficiency in Bluebeam for takeoffs and document review.
- Experience using ClickUp or similar project management tools.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple estimates in a fast-paced environment.
