United Placement Group is looking for an Estate Planning Attorney to join our network serving post-retirement clients. This is a fully virtual role where you will focus on wills, trusts, and related matters. We provide no-cost client introductions and comprehensive back-office support, allowing you to focus on legal consultation.
What You'll Do
- Focus on drafting wills, trusts, and related estate planning documents.
- Conduct 100% virtual and telephonic consultations with clients.
What We're Looking For
- Active membership with the Arkansas State Bar.
- Current private practice experience is required.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in estate plan drafting.
- Expertise in probate avoidance, asset protection, and business formation and succession planning.
- Knowledge of taxation, Medicaid-related issues, and special needs planning.
- Comfort and proficiency with virtual consultations and communication methods.
- Professional liability insurance.
- Familiarity with modern technology, including Microsoft products and CRM systems.
Nice to Have
- Residency in the state of Arkansas.
- Prior experience in business formation.
- Knowledge in special needs, real estate, elder law, taxation, and asset protection.
- Additional state bar admissions.
- Bilingual skills.
