Responsibilities
- Execution of ESA Due Diligence
- Execution and coordination of soil, soil gas and groundwater investigations
- Taking direct part in the assignments, with direct interaction with Clients and third parties (e.g. lawyers, advisors, vendor/buyer, regulators) and implies strong soft skills (e.g. negotiation, communication, strategic vision) and capabilities in problem-solving and teamwork
- Proposal and reporting in Italian and English language
Requirements
- A Master level university degree in environmental science, earth sciences, environmental engineering or similar
- Minimum 1/2 years of relevant experience in Due Diligence and soil, soil gas and groundwater investigation
- Knowledge and familiarity with D. Lgs 152/2006 and D. Lgs. 81/2008, ASTM standards
- Ability to communicate effectively in written and spoken Italian & English
