Erschaffe dich neu is seeking a Team Lead Sales (m/w/d) to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth in the DACH region. You will be responsible for an existing high-performance team, focusing on developing talent, optimizing closing performance, and contributing to closings yourself.
What You'll Do
- Lead closers and setters within a setter-closer model.
- Provide direct call feedback and coaching to improve skills.
- Conduct weekly 1:1 meetings with team members.
- Develop and maintain a high-performance sales culture.
- Set and enforce clear performance expectations.
- Optimize closing rate, show-up rate, and cash collected.
- Implement effective lead follow-up processes.
- Structure sales for events and launches.
- Handle closing yourself as required.
- Take full ownership of team revenue and cash collected.
- Track key KPIs: conversion rates, pipeline, show-up, and follow-up rate.
- Provide detailed weekly reporting to management.
- Participate in monthly and quarterly planning meetings.
- Identify sales bottlenecks and implement direct solutions.
- Lead operational ownership projects.
- Optimize CRM structure for transparency and pipeline logic.
- Build a lead scoring system with AI to prioritize ready-to-buy leads.
- Establish a structured follow-up framework.
- Implement conversion tracking across all funnel stages.
- Optimize show-up rate and handle no-shows.
- Create sales structures for events and launches.
- Develop performance dashboards for real-time transparency.
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of proven success in high-ticket B2C closing.
- Experience with average deal values greater than €3,000.
- Hands-on experience working within a setter-closer sales model.
- Background in short sales cycles (maximum a few weeks).
- Initial leadership experience with closers or setters, with demonstrable results.
- Numbers-oriented and performance-driven mindset.
- Professional background in coaching, fitness, finance, or online business.
- Experience with CRM systems and conversion tracking.

Team & Environment
You will lead an existing team of setters and closers; the core team has been in place for over 5 years. The Team Lead Sales reports directly to the Head of Sales.
Benefits & Compensation
- Fixed annual salary range: €36,000 – €60,000, depending on experience.
- No cap performance-based commission model.
Work Mode
This is a 100% remote, full-time position. You can work from a flexible location, including Berlin, Germany.
