U-Haul International, partnering with lcmd (Drees & Sommer SE), is seeking an Equipment Citations Specialist to manage the follow-up process for citations and secure compensation. In this role, you will build relationships across multiple groups and provide clerical support within a collaborative team.
What You'll Do
- Follow up on toll, parking, and fine citations.
- Locate and seek compensation from responsible parties.
- Work with customers, field locations, DMVs, and the U-Haul POS system to ensure favorable outcomes.
What We're Looking For
- A good attendance record.
- Previous call center or phone-based work experience.
- Experience using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
- Excellent communication skills.
- Task-oriented with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
