Responsibilities
- Own the creation and maintenance of Pigment's Demo automation library (in Consensus), covering core use cases across Finance, Sales, Workforce, and Supply Chain.
- Produce high-quality recorded demo content that field teams and marketing can deploy at scale without additional production work.
- Build interactive product tours that guide prospects through Pigment's value proposition in a self-serve format.
- Maintain the video demo library, incorporating new platform features and refreshing content on a regular cadence.
- Prepare and deliver compelling live demos for marketing events, roundtables, webinars, and mainstage presentations.
- Develop event-specific demo assets and Pigment environments that showcase relevant use cases for target audiences.
- Support Product Marketing with launch demos, capability webinars, and analyst response materials (e.g. Gartner).
- Collaborate with Design, Field Marketing, and PMM to create visually polished presentation materials, positioning decks, and enablement assets.
- Apply strong video editing skills to produce professional demo content for the Consensus platform and marketing channels.
- Ensure all assets meet Pigment's visual and brand standards, and are accessible and usable by field teams.
- Work closely with the Digital Marketing team to ensure the product experience is front and center of the Pigment website.
- Act as an AI-native practitioner, using LLMs (ChatGPT, Claude) alongside Pigment AI capabilities (Modeler Agent) to accelerate model and asset development and create innovative demo experiences.
- Maintain and evolve Presales' internal Pigment reporting and analytics, including time reporting and Consensus engagement tracking.
- Support the organisation and hosting of SIC content in document management platforms (Notion, Allego, Consensus, Google Drive, Slack).
- Contribute to operational consistency across demo environments.
- Create and deliver enablement sessions for internal SCs and GTM teams on new demo assets and use cases.
- Develop talk tracks and supporting materials that allow SCs to confidently use and adapt new assets independently.
- Contribute to the RFP answer library, ensuring answers reflect current product capabilities.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in the EPM space as a Solution Consultant, practitioner, or implementer, or 2+ years in an SC Ops or presales operations role.
- Able to tailor demos for specific prospects, developing individual talk tracks and adapting collateral to context.
- Strong video production and editing skills; comfortable creating polished content for platforms like Consensus.
- Able to build intermediate PoVs based on prospect-provided datasets and extend existing models for reuse.
- An AI-native professional who actively uses LLMs and AI tools to accelerate work and explore new possibilities.
- Understands Pigment's competitors and can position platform strengths effectively in the assets produced.
- Detail-oriented and organised, with the ability to manage multiple creative projects simultaneously.
- An effective communicator who can collaborate across Marketing, PMM, Design, and the SC team.
