OCHIN is looking for an Epic Ambulatory Solutions Analyst-Maintenance to support our mission by leveraging deep technical expertise and strong problem-solving skills. In this role, you will be central to resolving complex issues, optimizing workflows, implementing innovative solutions, and aligning technical strategy with business goals. You will also collaborate with non-technical stakeholders to foster an environment of shared understanding.
What You'll Do
- Develop, document, and deploy solution functionality by building, testing, and maintaining features according to specifications and requirements.
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve complex technical issues to ensure optimal system performance and end-user satisfaction.
- Collaborate across departments to support project implementations and address member maintenance issues.
- Drive documentation and knowledge sharing by creating and optimizing technical documentation to support process improvement and alignment across cross-functional teams.
- Focus on skill development and competency growth in technical design, analysis, and system enhancements.
What We're Looking For
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar or relevant role.
- Work history in Healthcare IT is required.
- Epic EpicCare Ambulatory certification is required.
- At least 5 years of experience as a Certified Epic Applications Analyst, with a minimum of 3 years of experience specifically in Ambulatory build.
- Strong communication skills are essential—you must be able to communicate effectively with both application and technical team members, as well as end users and SMEs.
- You consistently act with integrity and accountability.
- You are process and detail-oriented, with a strong focus on data-driven decision making.
- You are proactive, self-motivated, and solution oriented.
- Prior to moving forward to the team interview, all candidates are required to complete a 50–60-minute competency assessment.
