Corewell Health is looking for an Environmental Services Associate Technician to make a direct impact on patient care. What You'll Do
- Clean, disinfect, and stock patient rooms, offices, and ancillary areas according to established procedures.
- Remove and dispose of linens and medical waste streams.
- Perform interim and restorative maintenance to hard floors, carpets, and upholstery.
- Assemble, maintain, and store necessary equipment and supplies.
- Communicate and collaborate with team members to ensure service continuity.
- Report general maintenance and specialized cleaning requirements.
- Assist visitors and employees with navigation within the hospital.
- Work across department sites as needed for coverage.
- Actively participate in safety initiatives and complete required safety competencies.
- Perform other assigned duties.
What We're Looking For
- Ability to read and follow instructions.
Nice to Have
- High school graduate or equivalent.
- Public service or customer service experience in a hotel, hospital, environmental services, or janitorial role.
