About the Role

Apply is hiring an Environmental Project Manager to lead the daily operations and full lifecycle of our environmental engineering projects. You will be responsible for managing complex projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.

What You'll Do

  • Manage project schedules, resources, and budget allocations, providing regular updates to stakeholders.
  • Coordinate and communicate effectively with clients, team members, and external contractors to ensure clear understanding of project objectives.
  • Track timesheets and expenses while monitoring ongoing project costs.
  • Prepare detailed reports and manage all project documentation in shared folders and databases.
  • Create and review project proposals, including bid documents and specific pricing sheets for existing clients.

What We're Looking For

  • 5 years of proven project management experience.
  • Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Trello, Airtable, MS Project, or similar.
  • 2 years of experience specifically managing construction or environmental projects.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of environmental regulations and compliance requirements.

Nice to Have

  • Experience helping ensure marketing and sales activities are taking place.
  • Skill in creating and monitoring budgets and P&L statements for projects.
  • Ability to ensure the accuracy of data provided in reports.
