Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire a committed, high-performing team of 60+ professionals across a diverse portfolio to drive technical delivery excellence and strategic growth both within Victoria and throughout Australia.
- Strategically grow Environmental Business with focus on Geosciences and Remediation Services (GRS) by leveraging market insights and client feedback.
- Introduce new ideas and advanced strategies that enhance operational effectiveness and expand service offerings.
- Be the catalyst for change: introduce new ideas, leverage global practice, and implement advanced strategies to lead GRS business into the future.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and industry partners to ensure alignment and satisfaction.
- Lead initiatives that strengthen client relationships, identifying opportunities for collaboration and innovative solutions to meet evolving client needs.
- Collaborate with technical leaders and thought leaders across Australia and New Zealand to tackle complex environmental challenges and deliver impactful solutions.
Requirements
- Experienced and motivated leader within the Victorian Environmental industry
- Proven ability to lead and inspire a high-performing team
- Strong leadership in contaminated land business
- Experience delivering transformative projects in key markets such as Energy, Defence, Transport, and Water
- Ability to drive technical delivery excellence and strategic growth
- Demonstrated success in business growth and client engagement
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Ability to engage effectively with clients and industry partners
Nice to Have
- Leadership experience in Geosciences and Remediation Services (GRS)
