Patrique Mercier Recruitment is hiring an Entry Level Portuguese Customer Service Support to join our team in Greece. This role provides support to Portuguese-speaking clients and includes a fully paid relocation package.
What You'll Do
- Deliver customer service to Portuguese-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
- Address and resolve customer inquiries and concerns to promote high satisfaction.
- Stay updated on company products and services to provide accurate information.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in the company’s CRM system.
- Work collaboratively with team members to enhance the overall customer experience.
- Participate in training and development programs to improve customer service skills.
- Contribute insights and ideas for process improvement and customer engagement.
What We're Looking For
- Fluent in Portuguese and English, both written and spoken.
- Strong communication skills with a focus on delivering excellent customer service.
