Fisher Agencies is hiring an Entry-Level Manager on a leadership development track. In this remote role, you will lead by example to drive production and support team growth within our high-performance culture, which serves and protects working families—primarily members of labor unions, credit unions, and associations.
What You'll Do
- Mentor and support agents to drive daily and weekly production
- Monitor performance metrics and implement improvement strategies
- Lead by example through personal production and client service
- Assist with virtual onboarding and training sessions
- Maintain consistent, motivational communication across the team
- Manage priorities effectively in a fast-paced remote environment
What We're Looking For
- Strong leadership potential and team-oriented mindset
- Excellent communication and coaching skills (virtual proficiency required)
- Ability to analyze performance data and adjust strategy
- Highly organized with strong time management skills
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office and digital communication platforms
Nice to Have
- Sales, customer service, or leadership experience is a plus
- Degree welcomed but not required
