ExploreMore with Fran is looking for an Entry-Level Luxury Travel Coordinator to join our team. You’ll help our clients book exclusive, luxury vacations tailored to their unique preferences, providing exceptional service to our high-end clientele.
What You'll Do
- Assist clients in booking luxury vacations, including five-star resorts, exclusive destinations, and private travel experiences.
- Provide detailed information about luxury accommodations, activities, and experiences that suit client preferences.
- Ensure a seamless booking process from start to finish, managing all reservations and client requests.
- Stay informed on luxury travel trends, exclusive destinations, and premium services to provide clients with expert advice.
- Offer exceptional customer service, addressing any issues or concerns promptly.
What We're Looking For
- A passion for luxury travel and a strong desire to help clients experience premium vacations.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Basic computer skills, with the ability to use travel booking platforms and digital tools.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.

- Prior experience in customer service or travel is an advantage, but not required.
