Join a growing logistics team as an Entry-Level Freight Dispatcher, working entirely from home. In this role, you’ll take charge of daily freight operations, from securing loads and setting rates to coordinating driver schedules and ensuring on-time deliveries. You’ll act as the central point of contact for both carriers and clients, keeping operations running smoothly and profitably.
What You’ll Do
- Secure freight through load boards and direct outreach to shippers
- Set competitive pricing by negotiating rates with brokers and carriers
- Plan and adjust driver routes, confirming delivery times and resolving issues in real time
- Support drivers throughout their trips with timely communication and problem-solving
- Manage essential paperwork, including rate confirmations, carrier onboarding, invoicing, and compliance documentation
- Build and maintain relationships with owner-operators to expand available capacity
What We’re Looking For
- Proven ability to negotiate freight pricing effectively
- Familiarity with dispatch workflows, including scheduling and documentation
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Experience in recruiting or managing independent drivers is a plus
- Fluency in spoken and written English
- Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment
