ExploreMore with Fran is looking for an Entry-Level Family Vacation Planner to join our team. In this role, you will assist families in planning their perfect getaways by designing vacations that everyone will enjoy.
What You'll Do
- Plan and book family-friendly vacation packages, including resorts, tours, and activities suitable for all ages.
- Work closely with clients to understand their family’s travel preferences and recommend suitable options.
- Coordinate bookings for accommodations, transportation, and excursions.
- Provide expert advice on family destinations, attractions, and travel tips to ensure a smooth trip.
- Handle client inquiries, bookings, and follow-ups to ensure complete satisfaction.
What We're Looking For
- Passion for travel and helping families create lasting memories.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Basic computer skills, including the use of travel booking platforms and customer management systems.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple clients effectively.
Nice to Have
- Previous experience in customer service or travel planning is beneficial.
