About the Role
This position supports clients by managing travel bookings remotely, coordinating schedules, and ensuring accurate communication between customers and service providers.
Responsibilities
- Manage booking requests from clients across multiple platforms
- Confirm travel arrangements with vendors and suppliers
- Update and maintain accurate client records in the system
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email and chat
- Coordinate travel itineraries with timing and location details
- Handle changes and cancellations according to policy
- Track booking statuses and ensure timely follow-ups
- Communicate proactively when delays or issues arise
- Assist in resolving scheduling conflicts
- Ensure all client preferences are documented
- Support team members with shared tasks and workflows
- Meet performance targets for response time and accuracy
- Adhere to internal booking procedures and guidelines
- Escalate complex issues to supervisors when needed
- Participate in regular team check-ins and training
- Stay updated on travel partner offerings and changes
- Input data accurately and efficiently into the booking system
- Maintain confidentiality of client information
- Follow up post-booking to confirm client satisfaction
- Assist with onboarding documentation for new hires
