SIGNAL IDUNA is looking for an Entry into the Insurance Industry candidate to build a foundational career in insurance sales and customer service. This unique entry-level role combines a funded, part-time IHK apprenticeship with hands-on work as you develop your own insurance business with direct support from our team.
What You'll Do
- Receive a funded, part-time IHK apprenticeship (12-18 months) to become a certified insurance and finance specialist.
- Work closely with a sales professional for support and guidance.
- Manage and strengthen relationships with an existing portfolio of transferred clients.
- Acquire new clients and continuously expand your customer base.
- Provide competent advice on all insurance questions and needs, from initial inquiry to contract changes.
- Build your own insurance business and design your workday flexibly.
