Overfly GmbH is looking for an Entrepreneurial Full Stack Hacker (with AI) or Senior Software Engineer to lead projects from initial concept to production-ready applications. You will join a small, experienced team with a flat structure, choosing tech stacks and building full-stack solutions with a focus on AI integration to create practical products used by real people.

What You'll Do

• Lead projects from initial concept through to production-ready apps.
• Choose and evaluate the best tech stack and tools for each project.
• Build front-end and back-end solutions primarily with TypeScript (React, Node, Tailwind).
• Integrate AI solutions using tools like LangChain, OpenAI, Google Vertex AI, and Azure AI.
• Set up analytics and event-tracking (e.g., Mixpanel, PostHog).
• Validate technologies through practical, real-world testing.
• Collaborate closely with designers, researchers, and users to build truly useful products.
• Communicate directly with clients—asking insightful questions and clarifying goals.

What We're Looking For

• 3–5+ years of experience in full-stack development (React, Node, TypeScript).
• Experience taking the technical lead on at least one major project.
• An entrepreneurial mindset—you enjoy turning ideas into working products.
• Comfort with ambiguity and an ability to work independently.
• Great communication skills and a collaborative spirit.
• A passion for learning and experimenting with new technologies.

Nice to Have

• Previous experience or side projects involving AI.
