About the Role

NinjaOne is looking for an Enterprise Solutions Engineer - French to join our expanding Enterprise organization. In this role, you will own the strategic technical relationship for the NinjaOne platform with prospects, users, and partners across a determined region, ensuring they understand and can best utilize our products.

What You'll Do

  • Provide technical expertise and onboarding support to enterprise clients, explaining functional and technical aspects of our platform.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and proof-of-concept implementations for prospects and stakeholders.
  • Assist in resolving technical issues and answering complex product-related questions.
  • Liaise between Enterprise Account Executives and the Solutions team for additional technical assistance.
  • Collaborate with enterprise partners and enablement teams to develop and execute sales strategies.
  • Fully engage in pre-planning steps and proactively interact with customers to prepare.
  • Partner with Enablement teams to create and deliver technical training sessions.
  • Support the development of sales collateral and technical documentation for partner use.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with Enterprise partners as a trusted technical advisor.
  • Work closely with Enterprise Account Managers to maintain customer relationships and pursue new sales opportunities.
  • Act as an advocate and liaison for Support needs, educating on processes and keeping customers informed.
  • Participate in partner events, trade shows, and conferences to promote NinjaOne's solutions.
  • Stay current with industry trends, competitive landscapes, and emerging technologies.
  • Provide feedback to product management teams on partner and customer needs.
  • Share knowledge of issues and corresponding resolutions with partner teams.

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience as a Sales Engineer.
  • Strong technical background with proficiency in Windows systems and IT infrastructure, plus working knowledge of Linux/Mac.
  • Knowledge of networking and security concepts.
  • Fluent in both French and English.
  • You exercise sound judgment and prioritize based on customer impact.
  • Polished verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to varied audiences.
  • You skillfully build and maintain relationships, both in-person and virtually.
  • Ability to work independently and with a team in a global environment.
  • You are highly organized and can efficiently multi-task, prioritize, and follow procedures.
  • You see ambiguity as an opportunity to clarify understanding, needs, and expectations.
  • Driven and self-motivated; you set the pace for yourself and others.
  • You are seen as a problem solver by customers, clients, and teammates.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to support client meetings, partner engagements, and events.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in an Enterprise-focused role.
  • Experience with remote monitoring and management (RMM) tools, IT service management (ITSM), or similar technologies.
  • A Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
