What You'll Do
- Lead the design and architecture of end-to-end solutions that align with client requirements and business objectives.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, competitive offerings and best practices to inform solution design.
- Partner with Sales to plan, prepare and execute on strategic deals in complex sales cycles.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify and understand customer requirements.
- Work closely with sales and account management teams to provide support in pre-sales activities, including product demonstrations and presentations.
- Collaborate closely with clients to understand their business needs and challenges.
- Translate client requirements into comprehensive and scalable technical solutions.
- Develop and deliver compelling presentations that articulate the technical aspects of proposed solutions, tailored to specific client requirements.
- Provide expertise in integrating our products/services with existing client ecosystems.
- Create detailed technical documentation, including architecture diagrams and solution specifications.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment between client needs and product capabilities.
- Liaise with product development teams to communicate client feedback and contribute to product improvement.
- Collaborate with implementation and support teams to ensure seamless solution delivery.
- Conduct training sessions for clients to ensure a comprehensive understanding of implemented solutions.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical field or equivalent work experience (e.g., Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems).
- Proven experience as a Solutions Architect, Sales Engineer, Solutions Consultant in a client-facing role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to architect complex solutions.
- Excellent communication skills, including the ability to convey technical concepts to diverse audiences.
- Effective presentation skills and ability to convey product/offering value.
- Familiarity with industry best practices, standards, and emerging technologies.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to engage with and sell into varied levels of stakeholders, from clinical users to C-Suite level.

- Compensation: $112,000 - $180,000 USD
