Smart Apartment Data is hiring an Enterprise Software Customer Trainer to deliver clear and engaging product training sessions to our clients. You will walk users through platform features and workflows, playing a key role in supporting customer onboarding and feature adoption.
What You'll Do
- Deliver live product training sessions for customers
- Walk users through platform features, workflows, and best practices
- Create or update simple training guides and materials
- Support onboarding and feature adoption
- Collaborate with Support, Success, and Product teams to improve customer outcomes
What We're Looking For
- 1+ years in software onboarding, customer training, customer success, or product enablement
- Experience delivering live software training via Zoom or similar tools
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Located in Latin America or Europe
- Fluent in English
Nice to Have
- Background in software training or onboarding
- Ability to learn and explain software quickly
- Experience in Customer Education, Enablement, or Implementation
- Familiarity with CRM tools
