Drive revenue growth by identifying and converting high-value sales opportunities in the US digital advertising sector. You'll manage the entire sales process—from initial outreach to deal closure—while building trusted relationships with key decision-makers across client organizations.
What You'll Do
- Lead the full sales cycle, from prospecting to negotiation and closing, with a focus on enterprise-level clients.
- Develop customized business strategies based on in-depth research into client needs and market dynamics.
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of all client interactions and pipeline progress in the CRM system.
- Deliver compelling proposals that align RTB House solutions with client objectives.
- Work closely with technical and account management teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and long-term success.
- Travel domestically up to 20% of the time to support client engagements, industry events, and business development efforts.
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales within retail or e-commerce environments, with a history of meeting or exceeding performance targets.
- Consultative selling approach supported by strong analytical abilities and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication capabilities and the ability to influence stakeholders at all organizational levels.

Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with digital advertising, performance marketing, or real-time bidding (RTB) technologies is a plus.
Compensation
Base salary: $145,000 – $180,000OTE (On-Target Earnings): $290,000 – $360,000 annually, combining base and performance-based commission
Work Mode
Remote position within the United States, with occasional domestic travel for client meetings and industry events.
