As the Enterprise Sales Director, you will drive new business acquisition and expand market presence across the US digital advertising landscape. You'll manage the entire sales lifecycle—from initial outreach to finalizing deals—while building trusted relationships with key decision-makers in retail and e-commerce organizations.
What You’ll Do
- Identify and convert high-potential prospects into long-term clients through strategic engagement
- Lead end-to-end sales processes, including discovery, solution design, negotiation, and closing
- Develop customized business strategies based on in-depth account research and data analysis
- Deliver compelling proposals that align client goals with technical and performance-driven solutions
- Maintain accurate records in CRM systems to track progress and forecast outcomes
- Partner with technical and account teams to ensure seamless onboarding and client retention
- Travel domestically up to 20% to meet clients, attend industry events, and support business development
What We’re Looking For
- Proven success selling to enterprise clients in e-commerce, retail, or digital advertising environments
- Consistent history of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong analytical skills with experience using data to guide consultative conversations
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and influencing abilities
- Familiarity with programmatic advertising, performance marketing, or real-time bidding models is a plus
