Ferrero Group is hiring an Enterprise Manager for a critical role within our IT organization. Reporting directly to the Group IT Tech Engineering, Services & Operations Manager, you will play a central role in designing and governing the Group User Profiling Framework (UPF) across our entire enterprise application ecosystem. Your work will ensure coherence, harmonization, and long-term sustainability of user profiling models, enabling secure and efficient user provisioning, deprovisioning, and access governance.

What You'll Do

• Lead the definition, implementation, and continuous evolution of the Group User Profiling Framework (UPF), ensuring full alignment between access profiles and organizational roles.
• Collaborate closely with senior stakeholders across business and control functions to keep profiling models accurate, scalable, and fully compliant.
• Oversee the execution of user provisioning activities and steer platform teams toward the adoption of harmonized profiling structures.
• Actively contribute to architectural decision making from an access management perspective.
• Monitor access controls, support Segregation of Duties (SoD) reviews, and deliver structured reporting to senior leadership.
• Manage interactions with internal teams and external partners in a complex international environment.
• Work with programs and projects to ensure the proper integration of UPF principles.
• Manage a significant annual budget and coordinate both internal and external resources contributing to access governance initiatives.

What We're Looking For

• Solid experience in Identity & Access Management, user access governance, or coordination roles within complex, multi-application environments.
• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Security, or a related technical field.
• Experience designing authorization processes, access governance models, and data security frameworks.
• Familiarity with enterprise platforms such as SAP, Oracle, and ServiceNow.
• Fluency in English.
• Ability to engage senior leaders and high-level stakeholders with credibility, diplomacy, and clarity.
• Analytical approach and problem-solving mindset.
• Strategic thinking, strong stakeholder management skills, and a deep sense of ownership.
