Client Services Associate – Phone-Based Support Full-time Our organization specializes in recruiting, training, and managing remote Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) who support national brands in customer service, tech support, and sales. Our advanced cloud-based infrastructure enables CSRs to work remotely while delivering professional service. We are actively recruiting service-oriented professionals to join our team as Customer Service Agents. Your role will involve managing inbound customer interactions for prominent brands, utilizing our integrated systems to address issues, answer inquiries, and ensure optimal customer satisfaction. This is a telephone-based customer support role offering scheduling flexibility and the opportunity to provide assistance from your designated workspace. A comprehensive multi-stage onboarding and client certification process is mandatory before beginning service.
