Personio is looking for an Enterprise Architect to define the architectural vision for our Business Systems landscape, with a focus on Lead-to-Cash and Marketing Technology. You will design for scale, lead complex initiatives, and integrate AI tools to support our evolving business needs.
What You'll Do
- Set the architectural vision for Personio’s marketing, sales, and service systems, including Salesforce Sales Cloud, CPQ, and Hubspot.
- Design for scale and flexibility by developing robust, future-proof architectures, prototypes, and roadmaps.
- Lead complex, cross-functional initiatives from customizing Salesforce to integrating new AI tools that boost field productivity.
- Get hands-on when it matters, from solution design to prototyping, ensuring quality, scalability, and adherence to best practices.
- Be the guardian of technical excellence by conducting architectural reviews, creating reference frameworks, and mentoring developers.
- Shape transformational programmes by collaborating with stakeholders across Marketing, Sales, Service, and IT to deliver end-to-end solutions.
- Stay ahead of the curve by evaluating emerging technologies, especially in AI and automation, and bringing them into our ecosystem.
What We're Looking For
- Deep architecture expertise with 10+ years in IT and a focus on SaaS products and Enterprise Architecture, including large, customized Salesforce environments.
- Salesforce mastery with 7+ years designing solutions and multiple certifications such as Sales Cloud, CPQ, and Community Cloud.
- MarTech experience with hands-on exposure to tools like Hubspot or Marketo, plus integration platforms such as Workato.
- Full-stack Salesforce development skills including Apex, Visualforce, LWC, Aura, web services, and event-driven architectures.
- Business domain knowledge of marketing, sales, and service operations, and how to optimize them through technology.
- Proven leadership skills to influence senior stakeholders, guide technical teams, and align diverse priorities.
- Blueprint thinking with experience creating roadmaps, reference diagrams, and scalable solution patterns.
