About the Role
This position is responsible for driving adoption and expansion of the platform within large organizations by serving as a trusted advisor to key decision-makers and aligning product capabilities with client objectives.
Responsibilities
- Lead sales cycles with enterprise organizations from initial contact to contract closure
- Develop deep understanding of client business goals and technical requirements
- Collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions for enterprise needs
- Identify expansion opportunities within existing client accounts
- Deliver product demonstrations and technical presentations to stakeholders
- Negotiate contracts and manage procurement processes
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales progress
- Advocate for customer needs internally to influence product direction
- Coordinate with support and engineering teams during onboarding and implementation
- Monitor client usage and proactively identify adoption barriers
- Deliver quarterly business reviews to executive stakeholders
- Stay current on industry trends and competitive landscape
- Represent the company at industry events and customer meetings
- Ensure compliance with data security and enterprise procurement standards
- Manage forecasting and pipeline reporting with sales leadership
