Salt Security is hiring an Enterprise Account Executive — Gulf South Enterprise

About the Role

The Enterprise Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth for enterprise security solutions in the Gulf South region. This role will focus on building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, identifying new business opportunities, and closing deals to achieve sales targets.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the Gulf South region.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives and IT decision-makers.
  • Conduct regular business reviews with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute targeted campaigns and events.
  • Provide regular sales forecasts and pipeline reports to management.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors to identify new opportunities and threats.
  • Attend and participate in industry events and conferences to network and promote the company's solutions.
  • Manage the sales cycle from initial contact to closure, including presentations, proposals, and negotiations.
  • Work closely with the technical team to provide solutions that meet the unique needs of each client.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system.
  • Provide regular updates on sales activities and progress towards targets.
  • Identify and address any obstacles or challenges that may impact sales performance.
  • Participate in regular sales meetings and training sessions to improve skills and knowledge.
  • Contribute to the development of sales strategies and tactics to drive growth and success.
  • Provide input on product development and roadmap based on customer feedback and market trends.
  • Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures, as well as industry regulations and standards.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and ethical conduct in all interactions with clients and colleagues.
  • Collaborate with the legal team to ensure all contracts and agreements are in compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
  • Provide regular updates on sales activities and progress towards targets.
  • Identify and address any obstacles or challenges that may impact sales performance.
  • Participate in regular sales meetings and training sessions to improve skills and knowledge.

  • Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience with cloud security solutions.
  • Certifications in security or related fields.
  • Experience with enterprise security solutions.
