Requirements

A licensed Real Estate Agent in Texas (required)
Strong communication and follow-up skills
A sales mindset and eagerness to build your own book of business
Comfortable using CRM, e-sign, and communication tools

Nice to Have

Apartment locating experience is a plus, but not required—we’ll train you
Creative with marketing and social media

Additional Information

Commission-based (1099 contractor)
80/20 split for self-generated deals (you keep 80%)
