Responsibilities
- Lead full-cycle sales for enterprise clients in the DACH region
- Develop and execute territory plans to expand market presence
- Engage with C-level executives and technical stakeholders
- Uncover customer needs through consultative selling techniques
- Collaborate with pre-sales teams to deliver tailored demonstrations
- Negotiate and close complex, multi-threaded deals
- Forecast revenue accurately and maintain CRM records
- Partner with marketing to generate demand in target accounts
- Drive contract renewals and expansion within existing clients
- Stay current on industry trends and competitive landscape
Nice to Have
- Background in B2B technology sales
- Experience in data-driven or product-led growth environments
- Existing network of enterprise contacts in DACH
- Knowledge of product-led sales motions
- Exposure to analytics, customer experience, or digital transformation platforms
Compensation
Competitive base salary plus uncapped commission structure
