Alan is hiring an Enterprise Account Executive - Belgium πŸ‡§πŸ‡ͺ (French speaking)

About the Role

Alan is seeking an Enterprise Account Executive to join our growing team in Belgium. In this role, you will be responsible for targeting and closing our most significant prospects, including companies with 250 to 10,000 employees in the private and public sectors. You’ll manage the entire sales process, educating prospects, building key relationships, and driving Alan’s mission forward.

What You'll Do

  • Target and close the company's largest prospects in the private and public sector.
  • Drive deals, manage key customer relationships, and help close strategic opportunities.
  • Educate prospects and provide inspiring product demonstrations.
  • Onboard companies’ key stakeholders (HR Directors, CFOs, C-levels, Board of Directors) as they transition from prospect to customer.
  • Apply the Alan Smart & Soft selling method to make the prospect experience pleasant, instructive, and delightful.
  • Look at the big picture and help the company grow and improve by challenging product, methods, and strategy.
  • Address the full sales funnel: prospecting, closing, and onboarding.

What We're Looking For

  • At least 5 years of relevant experience.
  • A strong background in B2B sales.
  • Previous experience with large companies, ideally selling to them, and an understanding of their operations.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and French.
  • Highly organized with exceptional follow-up skills.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Empathy and passion for understanding and solving prospects' problems.
  • Ability to collaborate in a fast-paced team.
  • Desire to learn fast and make an impact from day one.

Nice to Have

  • Being perfectly bilingual in Dutch/French is a strong plus.

Technical Stack

  • Sales & Communication: Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Kasper, Lusha, Salesforce, Google Meet, Modjo.

Team & Environment

You will be part of the Sales team within a 650-person company, joining the local Sales team currently being built in Belgium.
