Responsibilities
- Lead sales initiatives targeting mid-sized law firms in the U.S.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans for key prospects.
- Build trusted relationships with firm decision-makers and legal operations teams.
- Identify new business opportunities through market analysis and outreach.
- Present product capabilities tailored to legal workflows and firm needs.
- Negotiate contracts and manage the full sales cycle from lead to close.
- Collaborate with marketing to refine messaging for legal industry audiences.
- Gather customer feedback to inform product development priorities.
- Work closely with customer success teams during onboarding and expansion.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and forecasts in CRM systems.
- Represent the company at industry events and legal technology conferences.
- Stay informed about legal tech trends and competitive landscape.
- Drive renewal and upsell strategies with existing enterprise clients.
- Align sales strategies with long-term company growth objectives.
- Provide input on pricing and packaging based on market response.
Compensation
Competitive base salary plus performance-based commission and equity
