We are hiring an Enterprise Account Director, Creativity & Productivity to source and close new enterprise customers while managing existing client relationships. Success is measured by revenue targets, upsell effectiveness, client satisfaction, and retention.
What You'll Do
- Maintain and grow your existing client base by expanding new offerings.
- Drive specific product revenue within your assigned territory.
- Build strong, lasting customer relationships by understanding their business needs and objectives.
- Perform outbound contact to existing customers to sell additional solutions.
- Acquire and maintain a working knowledge of the complete capabilities of our solution offerings.
- Convert customer challenges into new opportunities.
- Maintain an active pipeline of forecasted opportunities to meet monthly, quarterly, and annual quota objectives.
- Improve overall customer satisfaction in your assigned accounts.
- Work with groups across Adobe (Product, Marketing, Finance, Engineering) to provide customer feedback and drive revenue opportunities.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 10+ years proven track record in field account management or as an account executive.
- Proven track record selling complex enterprise solutions.
- Ability to forge and maintain strong business relationships.
- Demonstrated analytical and computer skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with a top-notch customer service approach.
- Proven experience using quantitative and qualitative analysis to assess customer relationships and make strategic recommendations.
- Ability to remain calm in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate thoughtful leadership when assessing problems and opportunities.
- Ability to work successfully in a team environment with your Adobe ecosystem, including Renewals Specialists, Product Specialists, CSMs, Solution Consultants, and Field Marketing.
- A creative problem-solving approach.
- Experience in selling technology.

You will work within the Adobe ecosystem, collaborating closely with Renewals Specialists, Product Specialists, CSMs, Solution Consultants, and Field Marketing.
Benefits & Compensation
- The U.S. pay range for this role is $229,000 – $369,600 annually. Pay varies by location.
- For sales roles, starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission).
- Certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
Work Mode
This role follows a local-country work mode and is open to locations across the United States.
