About the Role

Logan Health is seeking an ENT & Lung Program Coordinator to provide essential support for the launch and ongoing success of our new Ear, Nose, Throat, and Lung Clinic. At Quality, Compassionate Care For All, you will play a vital role in ensuring the seamless delivery of care, operational efficiency, and adherence to accreditation standards. This position coordinates clinic operations, working closely with providers, leadership, and patients.

What You'll Do

  • Provide administrative and operational support for the ENT & Lung Clinic, ensuring day-to-day operations run smoothly.
  • Coordinate provider schedules, procedure blocks, call schedules, and outreach clinic rotations.
  • Serve as a liaison between ENT, Pulmonology, and Surgical Services to support continuity of care and efficient scheduling.
  • Assist with pre-surgical coordination, ensuring completion of preoperative requirements and communication with patients.
  • Monitor and manage referrals, authorizations, and patient flow to identify and address scheduling barriers.
  • Support the development of new workflows, processes, and materials as the clinic grows.
  • Collaborate with leadership to maintain compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards.
  • Coordinate data collection and reporting for quality initiatives, volume tracking, and program development.
  • Support community outreach and marketing initiatives, including communication with referring providers.
  • Provide general administrative support to the clinic’s leadership, including calendar management and meeting coordination.
  • Act as a key point of contact for patients, providers, and interdisciplinary teams, ensuring timely communication.
  • Participate in process improvement efforts to enhance efficiency, access, and patient experience.

What We're Looking For

  • Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) and scheduling systems.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across multiple teams and maintain confidentiality.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Nice to Have

  • Minimum of two (2) years’ experience in a healthcare environment supporting clinical operations, provider scheduling, or patient coordination.
  • Experience coordinating procedures, surgeries, or multidisciplinary clinic operations.

  • Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Electronic medical records (EMR) and scheduling systems.

Team & Environment

You will work closely with providers, clinic leadership, patients, and interdisciplinary teams across ENT, Pulmonology, and Surgical Services.
