Join SupportYourApp as a Community Strategy & Operations Consultant in a remote role supporting FoodTech clients. You will manage community operations, resolve conflicts, coordinate scheduling, and drive performance improvements in a multilingual, multicultural environment.
What You'll Do
- Conduct follow-up calls
- Handle operational conflicts and issues, by investigating and resolving conflicting situations
- Engage top performers to identify best practices and replicate successful methods within the community
- Coordinate scheduling by matching confirmed photoshoots with available photographers through calls, or emails
- Manage photographer performance by providing feedback, retraining, and follow-up primarily via calls
- Address rule compliance issues, escalating cases when necessary
What We're Looking For
- Native Spanish and excellent English communication skills (both written and verbal at C1 level) is a must
- Solution-oriented mindset with solid project management skills
- Experience within the food tech industry
- Experience handling data in Google Sheets, including knowledge of filters, formulas, pivot tables is a must
- Ability to organize tasks, set priorities, and drive execution autonomously
- Proactive approach with strong ownership of tasks and responsibilities
- Detail-oriented approach
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Personal laptop or computer (at least 8GB of RAM) and a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps download and 40 Mbps upload)
