SupportYourApp is seeking a Community Strategy & Operations Consultant for FoodTech to join our multicultural, fully remote environment. In this role, you will be responsible for managing photographer operations, resolving conflicts, coordinating schedules, and ensuring performance and compliance within the community.
What You'll Do
- Conduct follow-up calls with photographers.
- Handle operational conflicts by investigating and resolving conflicting situations.
- Engage top performers to identify best practices and replicate them within the community.
- Coordinate scheduling by matching confirmed photoshoots with available photographers.
- Manage photographer performance by providing feedback, retraining, and follow-up.
- Address rule compliance issues, escalating cases when necessary.
What We're Looking For
- Native Spanish and excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal at a C1 level.
- Solution-oriented mindset with solid project management skills.
- Experience within the food tech industry.
- Experience handling data in Google Sheets, including knowledge of filters, formulas, and pivot tables.
- Ability to organize tasks, set priorities, and drive execution autonomously.
- Proactive approach with strong ownership of tasks and responsibilities.
- Detail-oriented approach.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Personal laptop or computer with at least 8Gb of RAM and a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps download / 40 Mbps upload).
