SupportYourApp is hiring a Community Strategy & Operations Consultant (FoodTech) to coordinate operations and performance within a photographer community. You’ll work fully remotely in a multicultural environment, focusing on operational excellence and community growth.
What You'll Do
- Conduct follow-up calls with community members.
- Handle operational conflicts and issues by investigating and resolving conflicting situations.
- Engage top performers to identify best practices and replicate successful methods.
- Coordinate scheduling by matching confirmed photoshoots with available photographers.
- Manage photographer performance by providing feedback, retraining, and follow-up.
- Address rule compliance issues, escalating cases when necessary.
What We're Looking For
- Native Spanish and excellent English communication skills (C1 level).
- Solution-oriented mindset with solid project management skills.
- Experience within the food tech industry.
- Experience handling data in Google Sheets, including filters, formulas, and pivot tables.
- Ability to organize tasks, set priorities, and drive execution autonomously.
- Proactive approach with strong ownership of tasks and responsibilities.
- Detail-oriented approach.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Personal laptop or computer (at least 8Gb of RAM) and a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps download/40 Mbps upload).
