SupportYourApp is looking for a Community Strategy & Operations Consultant for a FoodTech client. In this fully remote role, you'll be responsible for managing photographer operations, resolving conflicts, and driving community performance.

What You'll Do

Conduct follow-up calls with photographers.
Handle operational conflicts and issues by investigating and resolving conflicting situations.
Engage top performers to identify best practices and replicate successful methods within the community.
Coordinate scheduling by matching confirmed photoshoots with available photographers through calls or emails.
Manage photographer performance by providing feedback, retraining, and follow-up primarily via calls.
Address rule compliance issues, escalating cases when necessary.

What We're Looking For

Native Spanish and excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal at a C1 level.
Solution-oriented mindset with solid project management skills.
Experience within the food tech industry.
Experience handling data in Google Sheets, including knowledge of filters, formulas, and pivot tables.
Ability to organize tasks, set priorities, and drive execution autonomously.
Proactive approach with strong ownership of tasks and responsibilities.
Detail-oriented approach.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Personal laptop or computer with at least 8Gb of RAM and a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps download and 40 Mbps upload).
