About the Role

SupportYourApp is looking for a Community Strategy & Operations Consultant for a FoodTech client. In this fully remote role, you'll be responsible for managing photographer operations, resolving conflicts, and driving community performance.

What You'll Do

  • Conduct follow-up calls with photographers.
  • Handle operational conflicts and issues by investigating and resolving conflicting situations.
  • Engage top performers to identify best practices and replicate successful methods within the community.
  • Coordinate scheduling by matching confirmed photoshoots with available photographers through calls or emails.
  • Manage photographer performance by providing feedback, retraining, and follow-up primarily via calls.
  • Address rule compliance issues, escalating cases when necessary.

What We're Looking For

  • Native Spanish and excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal at a C1 level.
  • Solution-oriented mindset with solid project management skills.
  • Experience within the food tech industry.
  • Experience handling data in Google Sheets, including knowledge of filters, formulas, and pivot tables.
  • Ability to organize tasks, set priorities, and drive execution autonomously.
  • Proactive approach with strong ownership of tasks and responsibilities.
  • Detail-oriented approach.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Personal laptop or computer with at least 8Gb of RAM and a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps download and 40 Mbps upload).

Nice to Have

  • Experience with Hubspot.
