Helpware is looking for an English Customer Support Representative to join our team supporting Vinted, Europe's largest online marketplace for second-hand fashion. You will help users navigate the platform, resolve issues, and ensure a seamless experience.
What You'll Do
- Provide customer support for website users through various channels like chat and email.
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within set time limits, and follow up to ensure resolution.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and acknowledge and resolve complaints.
- Follow established communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
- Keep detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
- Enter data into a CRM, other online tools, and cloud-based platforms.
- Complete other related tasks assigned by managers.
What We're Looking For
- Excellent written skills in English.
- Basic technical background with strong experience in using apps.
- Proactive approach, empathetic nature, and strong problem-solving skills.
- Strong customer orientation and ability to adapt and respond to different types of characters.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
