Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a compact product engineering team consisting of 3 to 5 members covering frontend and backend disciplines
- Dedicate approximately 30% of time to managerial duties while remaining actively engaged in technical development for the team's projects
- Participate in recruitment efforts for team roles and support peer teams during hiring cycles
- Oversee the onboarding process for newly hired engineers to ensure smooth integration into the team
- Serve as the primary advocate and representative for team members, fostering positive team dynamics and high performance
- Deliver ongoing, constructive feedback across all aspects of team work and behavior
- Support the collective growth of the team and individual career progression for each direct report
- Offer consistent coaching and technical guidance to help engineers develop their skills
- Redefine engineering delivery by integrating autonomous agents as the standard execution layer
- Design and implement end-to-end agentic workflows—from specification to verification—to accelerate outcome delivery
- Develop reusable agentic patterns and code components that can be leveraged across multiple domains
- Implement verification mechanisms such as tests, evaluations, and safeguards to ensure output accuracy, security, reliability, and scalability
