Remote Recruitment is expanding its specialist engineering recruitment services into the US market. We are seeking an Engineering Recruitment Specialist who will work directly with the founder to source and engage experienced professionals across the manufacturing and automation sectors. You will be instrumental in building our US presence and delivering exceptional talent to niche industrial clients.
What You'll Do
- Identify and engage senior engineering professionals across automation and manufacturing sectors
- Build strong talent pipelines across mechanical, electrical, and industrial engineering disciplines
- Headhunt high-value passive candidates
- Conduct in-depth screening calls and competency-based assessments
- Manage CRM systems and ensure data accuracy
- Coordinate interviews and candidate preparation
- Engage professionally with US-based candidates earning $135k+
- Align working hours with US East Coast clients and candidates
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in engineering or technical recruitment
- Direct experience recruiting for US-based clients
- Exposure to industrial automation, manufacturing engineering, or mechanical/electrical disciplines
- Strong LinkedIn Recruiter sourcing capability
- Experience engaging senior-level professionals
- Ability to assess technical CVs critically
- Comfortable working US East Coast hours
- High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
- Personal laptop and stable internet connection

You will work directly with the founder, playing a key role in the company's US market expansion.
