Uptalent.io is hiring an Engineering Project Management Coordinator (Full-Time, Remote, for US Company)

Responsibilities

  • Create and manage project timelines using Project Insight, ensuring schedules are current and accurate
  • Oversee team workloads and adjust task assignments to maintain balanced capacity
  • Monitor project financials, comparing budgeted amounts to actual spending and identifying discrepancies
  • Generate and distribute client invoices and assist in developing cost estimates
  • Set up new projects, dashboards, and custom fields within Project Insight
  • Train team members on fundamental tool usage and recommended workflows
  • Facilitate quality assurance at the task level and ensure proper documentation
  • Administer SharePoint sites and Lists to support document management
  • Perform minor updates to content on WordPress, such as news articles and team profiles
  • Support migration efforts from SharePoint to Autodesk Construction Cloud
  • Propose improvements to workflows to increase efficiency and visibility
