Responsibilities
- Create and manage project timelines using Project Insight, ensuring schedules are current and accurate
- Oversee team workloads and adjust task assignments to maintain balanced capacity
- Monitor project financials, comparing budgeted amounts to actual spending and identifying discrepancies
- Generate and distribute client invoices and assist in developing cost estimates
- Set up new projects, dashboards, and custom fields within Project Insight
- Train team members on fundamental tool usage and recommended workflows
- Facilitate quality assurance at the task level and ensure proper documentation
- Administer SharePoint sites and Lists to support document management
- Perform minor updates to content on WordPress, such as news articles and team profiles
- Support migration efforts from SharePoint to Autodesk Construction Cloud
- Propose improvements to workflows to increase efficiency and visibility
