Responsibilities
- Guide and expand the team building secure, isolated computing environments that enable AI code execution across the platform.
- Define and drive the team's technical vision while cultivating a high-performance engineering culture.
- Partner with the Product Manager to shape and implement the team's roadmap.
- Oversee daily project execution and management activities.
- Coordinate with other engineering leads across the organization to ensure smooth platform-wide integration.
- Recruit and integrate four new engineers to enhance team capacity and expertise.
