Outreach was looking for an Engineering Manager, Support Tooling

Outreach is looking for an Engineering Manager, Support Tooling to lead the team responsible for the internal systems that power our global support organization. You will play a key role in ensuring our support engineers have the tools they need to deliver exceptional service.

What You'll Do

  • Lead, mentor, and grow a team of engineers focused on internal tooling and platforms.
  • Define the technical vision and roadmap for the Support Tooling team.
  • Collaborate closely with Support leadership to understand requirements and improve operational efficiency.
  • Manage project priorities, timelines, and deliverables to ensure high-quality outcomes.
  • Foster a culture of high ownership, quality, and continuous improvement within the team.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience managing and mentoring a team of software engineers.
  • Strong technical background with experience building and scaling internal tooling or B2B enterprise platforms.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive projects from conception to production delivery.
  • Experience with project management, prioritization, and agile development methodologies.
