Outreach is looking for an Engineering Manager, Support Tooling to lead the team responsible for the internal systems that power our global support organization. You will play a key role in ensuring our support engineers have the tools they need to deliver exceptional service.
What You'll Do
- Lead, mentor, and grow a team of engineers focused on internal tooling and platforms.
- Define the technical vision and roadmap for the Support Tooling team.
- Collaborate closely with Support leadership to understand requirements and improve operational efficiency.
- Manage project priorities, timelines, and deliverables to ensure high-quality outcomes.
- Foster a culture of high ownership, quality, and continuous improvement within the team.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience managing and mentoring a team of software engineers.
- Strong technical background with experience building and scaling internal tooling or B2B enterprise platforms.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to drive projects from conception to production delivery.
- Experience with project management, prioritization, and agile development methodologies.
