Responsibilities
- Provide coaching and career development to engineers through consistent one-on-one meetings, clear goal setting, and skill-building opportunities aligned with individual growth paths.
- Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to define and refine the experimentation strategy, enabling team execution through prioritization and incremental delivery of tangible results.
- Foster a culture that values testing and learning, ensuring proper measurement, robust test design, engineering discipline, and rapid iteration to extract actionable insights.
- Define and guide the technical evolution of the company's experimentation infrastructure to support organization-wide A/B testing capabilities and best practices.
- Partner with engineering leadership across teams to strengthen engineering standards, collaboration, and technical excellence enterprise-wide.
- Recruit and integrate high-performing engineering talent who demonstrate technical proficiency, cultural alignment, and fluency in applying AI-driven approaches to problem-solving.

Responsibilities

- Shape the experimentation roadmap by partnering with cross-functional peers as a strategic thought partner. Help your team navigate trade-offs and drive predictable delivery by breaking work into shippable increments.
- Champion a culture of experimentation, helping your team instrument features correctly, design reliable tests, maintain engineering rigor, and iterate quickly to generate insights and learn from both successes and failures.
- Guide technical direction for GameChanger’s experimentation platform, supporting other teams’ experimentation needs and guiding them to run effective A/B tests.
- Work with other engineering leaders to improve our culture, craft, and engineering practices across the organization.
- Attract and onboard top engineering talent, ensuring alignment with our values, technical excellence, and AI fluency in their approach to work.
