Responsibilities
- Solve advanced engineering problems by developing customer-facing features and enhancing backend systems for performance and scale.
- Manage and grow a team of engineers and technical leads through hiring, coaching, and fostering an environment conducive to high-impact work.
- Own the full lifecycle of engineering projects, including defining scope, evaluating trade-offs, and ensuring consistent delivery.
- Collaborate with Product and Design teams to shape strategic direction and partner with Solutions and Support to address real-world customer issues.
