Responsibilities
- Guide technical direction by collaborating with engineers to ensure robust architecture and system design for scalable platform development.
- Collaborate with senior engineering and QA leaders to align platform evolution with product strategy and drive widespread adoption.
- Manage two engineering squads totaling around eight engineers, prioritizing individual development, team health, and collaborative success.
- Promote the use of AI tools and modern technologies across the team to maintain technical leadership and forward-thinking solutions.
