Responsibilities
- Guide and expand a globally distributed group of platform engineers, with strategic hiring aligned to team growth.
- Own and evolve the software delivery lifecycle roadmap, balancing short-term developer needs with long-term platform investments.
- Collaborate closely with engineering leadership to promote consistent use of standardized CI/CD pipelines and platform-supported tools.
- Define and monitor key engineering performance indicators, including DORA metrics, to measure progress in deployment speed and reliability.
- Shape the strategic integration of artificial intelligence in development workflows, establishing safety standards and quality controls for AI-generated code.
- Share on-call responsibilities as part of an incident response rotation to maintain system stability and equitable operational load.
