Responsibilities

- Ensure operational best practices are followed across deployment and monitoring
- Guide engineers in troubleshooting complex production issues
- Establish team goals and track progress against key performance metrics
- Foster a culture of ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement
- Work closely with product and security teams to align on priorities
- Lead incident response coordination and post-mortem analysis
- Support career development through regular feedback and growth planning
- Promote knowledge sharing and documentation within the team
- Evaluate and adopt new technologies that improve platform efficiency
- Ensure systems meet high availability and security standards
- Contribute to architectural decisions for long-term scalability
