Super.com is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead our Infrastructure team. You will be responsible for the technical strategy, execution, and reliability of the foundational systems that power our platform.
What You'll Do
- Lead the technical strategy, roadmap, and execution for the infrastructure platform
- Manage and grow a team of infrastructure engineers, ensuring high-quality delivery
- Own the reliability, performance, and security of critical production systems
- Collaborate with product engineering teams to define and implement scalable architecture
- Drive operational excellence through observability, automation, and incident response processes
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of hands-on infrastructure engineering experience
- 2+ years of experience as an Engineering Manager or Tech Lead managing infrastructure teams
- Deep expertise in major cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and infrastructure-as-code
- Proven track record of designing, building, and managing scalable, fault-tolerant distributed systems
- Strong communication skills and experience collaborating across multiple engineering teams

This is a remote position open to candidates based in Canada or the United States.
